Need a Hiring Process? Chamber Member Mike Davidson presents Hiring for Keeps. Hiring For Keeps is a two-and-a-half-hour training session. The cost is $399 per business. It is taking place on May 17thfrom 8:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at Arvest Bank located at Broadway and Capitol in Little Rock. You will leave the meeting with a complete hiring process. You are welcome to invite other companies to sign up and join us, but seating is limited to 20 people. He opened his own business, Parkway Automotive, in 1998 and graduated from the Automotive Management Institute in 2000. Mike was voted NAPA/ASE Technician of the Year for the state of Arkansas 7 years in a row. In 2016, he developed an automotive apprentice program approved by the United States Department of Labor. In 2021, he began his own leadership consulting company, Leadershift. He is a published author, a business coach and a presenter at multiple conferences across the United States. As a Maxwell Leadership certified speaker, trainer, and executive coach, Mike serves clients across the US and Canada. He is committed to growing leaders who grow leaders.
He is married with four grown children, resides in Alexander, Arkansas, and is a member of The Bible Church of Little Rock, where he has served as an elder, a deacon, and a Children's Ministry Director.
